The MBA/MSE dual degree programs at Arizona State University combine advanced courses in technical areas with a rigorous management curriculum to allow students to receive two degrees: the W. P. Carey MBA and the MSE in either Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.
Dual degrees can be earned in a shorter period of time and at a lower cost than if the two degrees were pursued separately. This foundational grounding in two leading schools gives you the necessary tools to succeed in today’s global marketplace.
Both MBA/MSE degrees are online programs that require 56 credit hours of study comprised of eight courses from the MBA program and eight courses from the MSE program, for a total of 16 courses to receive both degrees over a three year period.
MBA / MSE Electrical Engineering
The MBA/MSE EE degree is designed for working professionals who have an undergraduate electrical engineering degree and at least one year of work experience. Six focused MSE EE tracks are available:
(1) Control systems,
(2) Electric power and energy systems,
(3) Electronic and mixed-signal circuit design,
(4) Electromagnetics, antennas, and microwave circuits,
(5) Signal processing and communications, and
(6) Solid-state electronics

MBA / MSE Industrial Engineering
The MBA/MSE IE degree is designed for working professionals who have an undergraduate engineering, science, or mathematics degree and at least one year of work experience. Flexible choices of four focused Industrial Engineering areas are available:
(1) Information systems and management systems engineering
(2) Operations research and production systems
(3) Quality and reliability engineering
(4) Logistics/supply chain engineering
